   Been going to Carl and the Wilton Garage for years now. His shop is pretty busy but makes it more convenient being able to do a night drop off. I would recommend getting an appointment as sometimes are better than others to get your car in for non-urgent work. Always had a good experience there and never felt upsold or ripped off like can occur at over garages. I would highly recommend to anyone to give the Wilton Garage a shot, they will give you the straight scoop on  fixing your car at a great price.

   Wilton Garage is my family's go-to auto repair shop.  Over the last several years, the staff has always been kind and friendly.  Carl the owner, is particularly knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Wilton Garage to anyone needing automotive maintenance and repair.

   So I was at my wit's end with this car which had a cylinder go out and I was quoted more than the car was worth at the dealership.  I called Carl for a quote and he had me come in; he sat down with me for at least 30 minutes on his lunch break to talk about options, went over choices on selling it, donating it, or repairing the car.  He wrote down a bunch of names for reputable nonprofits to which to donate it, and went over laws on selling a car that has known engine problems.  He didn't want any money for his time, didn't charge me a thing but I'm a customer for life.  Thanks Carl!

   Stellar customer service. My car broke down Sunday afternoon. I live in Sacramento and had no idea where to take my car in Wilton, all I knew was my insurance only covered 10 miles of towing. Wilton Garage was 4 miles from me. When I arrived they had an "Early bird" drop box where (if I wanted to leave my car over night) I could drop my keys in an envelope and write a brief description of what the issue was and have my car looked at the following day. Carl called me the next morning, explained the issue, gave me options on how to fix it and was able to repair it the same day. When I came to pick it up, Chris (the woman working the front counter) stayed 30 minutes past closing to wait for my arrival. Carl took me in the back to show me the broken part and referred me to a mechanic closer to my home if I should ever need another repair.

He also offered a lifetime warranty on my parts and a two year warranty on labor. I can't remember the last time it was that quick and easy to have repairs done on my car. Would recommend Carl and his shop 110%. Even if you live in Sac! Thank you for a stress free experience.

   I take all my cars to Wilton Garage. Carl the owner is great. He only does what your car needs. He is in it for the long haul, not the quick buck. Service is quick and professional.

   I stopped in to ask about a problem I had with a Suburban I had just bought. I was instantly very impressed with how nice the office was.  After visiting two pretty crummy convenience stores (one of them next door) I didn't have any high expectations.  In the side office was the owner Carl, who at first wasn't the friendliest person I've come across but he quickly warmed up and was very helpful in explaining to me what could be wrong with the A/C in my truck.  I was visiting in the area and therefore didn't end up using his services.

   We have always had great service at Wilton Garage! It is hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy, but I believe we have!  Carl (the owner) is always fair and we appreciate the work he has done for us! We have been going to Carl for about 7+ years now and couldn't be happier!
